Description

A delicious comfort food combining tender chicken, creamy sauce, and spaghetti, perfect for family dinners and potlucks.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
  3. Add shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and heat through.
  4. Add cooked spaghetti to the chicken mixture, mixing well to coat.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover until cheese is melted.
  6. Serve hot.
