- 8 oz spaghetti
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for sautéing
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
- Add shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and heat through.
- Add cooked spaghetti to the chicken mixture, mixing well to coat.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
