  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded turkey, mixed vegetables, onion, celery, carrots, cream of chicken soup, milk, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a pie crust placed in a pie dish.
  4. Cover with the second pie crust and seal the edges, making slits in the top for steam to escape.
