- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as thyme and rosemary)

Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry and season well with salt and pepper.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and sear until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken and add minced garlic and herbs to the same pan; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour the garlic herb butter over the chicken and cook for an additional minute.
- Serve hot with mashed potatoes, green beans, or warm rolls.
Notes
For even cooking, use room temperature chicken and do not crowd the pan. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after cooking.
