Description

A quick and flavorful skillet dish featuring juicy chicken breasts cooked in a rich garlic herb butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as thyme and rosemary)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry and season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  3. Add the chicken to the skillet and sear until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken and add minced garlic and herbs to the same pan; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour the garlic herb butter over the chicken and cook for an additional minute.
