- 10 chicken drumsticks
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
- Place the chicken drumsticks in a baking dish and pour the glaze over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning once halfway, until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken in the glaze for a few hours or overnight. Adjust sweetness with more or less honey as per your taste.
