- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Tony’s seasoning
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 2 cups fresh Spinach
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, minced garlic, and shredded cheese.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the mixture.
- Season the chicken with Tony’s seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill the chicken for about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from grill, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve.
Notes
Best served with side salad, roasted vegetables, or rice. Add lemon slices for extra flavor.
