Description

Delicious and satisfying grilled stuffed chicken filled with creamy cheese and fresh spinach.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon Tony’s seasoning
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 cups fresh Spinach
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, minced garlic, and shredded cheese.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the mixture.
  4. Season the chicken with Tony’s seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  6. Grill the chicken for about 7-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Remove from grill, let it rest for a few minutes, then serve.

Notes

Best served with side salad, roasted vegetables, or rice. Add lemon slices for extra flavor.
