Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, spinach, shredded cheese, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese and spinach mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
