- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with the spinach and cheese mixture.
