Description

Stuffed Chicken Breast is a simple yet delicious meal packed with nutritious spinach and creamy cheeses. Perfect for any occasion, it’s easy to make and will surely impress your guests.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  4. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and fill with the spinach and cheese mixture.

  6. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
