- 1 cup apple cider

- 1 apple, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix apple cider, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place marinated chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
- For the slaw, combine cabbage, apple, carrot, and raisins in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar and Dijon mustard, then pour over the slaw and toss to combine.
- Serve the sticky chicken alongside the autumn slaw for a flavorful meal.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight. You can add nuts like walnuts or pecans to the slaw for some crunch.
