Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix apple cider, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place marinated chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  3. For the slaw, combine cabbage, apple, carrot, and raisins in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar and Dijon mustard, then pour over the slaw and toss to combine.
  4. Serve the sticky chicken alongside the autumn slaw for a flavorful meal.
