Description

This easy slow cooker chicken and gravy recipe features tender chicken cooked slowly in a simple gravy, perfect for weeknight dinners or entertaining guests.


Ingredients

  • 1 packet gravy mix
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mashed potatoes or rice (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the gravy mix with the water until well combined.
  3. Pour the gravy mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
