Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
- 1 teaspoon parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme.
- In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the minced garlic to the skillet.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
Notes
Pairs well with a green salad or over rice/pasta. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
