Description

A quick and delicious meal combining chicken with flavorful garlic butter, perfect for busy nights.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  4. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the minced garlic to the skillet.
  5. Remove from heat, sprinkle with parsley, and serve.
