Crispy and flavorful chicken drumsticks, perfect for any meal or gathering.
Ingredients

- 3 packs pasture-raised chicken drumsticks (about 13–15 drumsticks)
- 3–4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 420°F (215°C).
- Pat all of the drumsticks dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture and add them to a large bowl.
- Ensure the skin is covering the drumstick completely. Toss the drumsticks with olive oil.
- Add the seasonings to the bowl and mix until each drumstick is fully coated.
- Prepare a baking sheet and rack by spraying them with oil. Place the rack on top of the baking sheet to allow air circulation.
- Add each drumstick to the pan and bake for 35 minutes.
- Remove the drumsticks, flip them, and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- They are done when golden and crispy. Enjoy!
Notes
Make sure to dry the drumsticks well for extra crispiness. Don’t overload the baking sheet and consider marinating for extra flavor.
