- 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts (or bone-in pieces)
- 3 tablespoons butter (or vegan butter)
- 1 cup heavy cream (or coconut milk)
- 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon paprika (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
- Place the chicken in the skillet, cooking until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Once the chicken is cooked through, reduce the heat to low.
- Pour in the heavy cream (or coconut milk), lemon juice, paprika, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
- Add the chopped parsley and dill, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes to combine flavors.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in lemon juice and spices for a couple of hours before cooking. Add veggies like spinach or mushrooms for added nutrition. If the sauce is too thick, thin it out with chicken broth or water.
