- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (Grated)
- 1/2 cup butter (Unsalted)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (Fresh garlic recommended)
- 2 pieces lemons, juiced (Fresh lemon juice preferred)
- Salt and pepper (To taste)
- Fresh parsley (For garnish)
Instructions
- Start by preparing all your ingredients. Mince the garlic and juice the lemons. Cut the chicken breasts into even pieces for quick cooking.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Pour the lemon juice over the chicken and sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top.
- Cover the skillet and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
