Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (Grated)
  • 1/2 cup butter (Unsalted)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced (Fresh garlic recommended)
  • 2 pieces lemons, juiced (Fresh lemon juice preferred)
  • Salt and pepper (To taste)
  • Fresh parsley (For garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing all your ingredients. Mince the garlic and juice the lemons. Cut the chicken breasts into even pieces for quick cooking.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the skillet and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown.
  6. Pour the lemon juice over the chicken and sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Cover the skillet and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
