Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (for the sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro (for the sauce)
  • 1 jalapeño (optional, for spice)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. For the creamy green sauce, blend avocado, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, cilantro, and jalapeño until smooth.
