Description

A cozy dinner option featuring bite-sized chicken pieces coated in a cheesy blend and baked until golden brown.


Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breast
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Eggs
  • Ricotta or cream cheese
  • Breadcrumbs or almond flour
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix the eggs, Parmesan cheese, ricotta or cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each piece of chicken in the mixture, then roll them in the breadcrumbs or almond flour.
  5. Place the coated chicken bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

For a healthier version, use almond flour instead of breadcrumbs. Consider adding chopped spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
