Ingredients
- Boneless chicken breast
- Parmesan cheese
- Eggs
- Ricotta or cream cheese
- Breadcrumbs or almond flour

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the eggs, Parmesan cheese, ricotta or cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each piece of chicken in the mixture, then roll them in the breadcrumbs or almond flour.
- Place the coated chicken bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
