- 1 whole turkey breast (about 4–6 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and rosemary.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
- Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the turkey rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
