- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken breasts.
- Place the seasoned chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Notes
Pound the breasts to even thickness for even cooking. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness. For a crisp top, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
