Description

Delicious and easy-to-make chicken bites coated in garlic butter and spices, perfect for snacking or serving as a meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in the minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano.
  4. Toss the chicken pieces in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
  5. Arrange the chicken bites on a baking sheet.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

For a spicier variation, add cayenne pepper. Ensure the chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
