Description

A simple and satisfying one-pan dish featuring juicy chicken and tender vegetables, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 6 chicken drumsticks
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp rosemary

Instructions

  4. Roast for 35–40 minutes until the chicken is golden and the veggies are tender.
