- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup baby spinach
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the balsamic mixture over them.
- Add cherry tomatoes and baby spinach around the chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm, drizzled with the pan juices.
