Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Dice the cooked chicken into bite-size pieces.
- Chop the celery and red onion small.
- Put the chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, sweet pickle relish, and yellow mustard in a bowl.
- Add salt and black pepper.
- Mix everything until it looks even and creamy.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate at least 30 minutes so the flavors blend.
Notes
Chill the salad to let flavors blend well. For a variation, add grapes, nuts, or fresh herbs.
