A delicious and comforting chicken casserole with creamy ingredients and a crunchy Ritz cracker topping, perfect for busy weeknights.

- 4½ cups chopped cooked chicken
- 4 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 (10.5-oz) can unsalted cream of chicken soup
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp dried onion powder
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (crushed)
- 5 Tbsp butter (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9×9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream cheese, cottage cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and cream of chicken soup. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
- Spread this mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Mix until the crackers are well coated.
- Sprinkle this mixture over the chicken mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbling and golden brown on top.
Notes
This casserole can be served hot and pairs well with a green salad or steamed vegetables. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3 to 4 days.
