- ⅔ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, shredded parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread the parmesan-mayo mixture evenly over the chicken, covering each piece.
- Bake the chicken for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C). The top should be golden and slightly crispy.
