Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts
  • ⅔ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, shredded parmesan cheese, garlic powder, seasoning salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Spread the parmesan-mayo mixture evenly over the chicken, covering each piece.
  4. Bake the chicken for 40-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C). The top should be golden and slightly crispy.
