Description

A simple and juicy chicken breast recipe that uses mayonnaise and Parmesan for flavor and tenderness.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: ½ teaspoon paprika or Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness (about ¾ inch thick).
  3. In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly on top of each chicken breast.
  5. Place chicken in the baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise. For a crispier top, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end of baking.
