Description

A juicy and creamy chicken recipe that is easy to prepare and irresistibly delicious, perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley or chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the topping is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with herbs if desired.

Notes

Pat the chicken dry before applying the mixture for better adherence. For a crispier topping, broil for the last 2-3 minutes.
