Description

Quick, delicious, and low-carb nuggets made from canned chicken, perfect for a snack or light meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans of chicken
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drain the canned chicken and shred it in a separate bowl.
  4. Add the beaten egg to the shredded chicken and mix until well combined.
  5. Form the chicken mixture into nugget shapes and coat each nugget in the almond flour mixture.
  6. Place the coated nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, spraying with cooking spray or brushing lightly with olive oil.
  7. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
