- 2 cans of chicken
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drain the canned chicken and shred it in a separate bowl.
- Add the beaten egg to the shredded chicken and mix until well combined.
- Form the chicken mixture into nugget shapes and coat each nugget in the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, spraying with cooking spray or brushing lightly with olive oil.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
