Description

Crunchy and tasty chicken nuggets made with almond flour and Parmesan, perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Buffalo sauce for dipping
  • Ranch dressing for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken piece in the beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve hot with buffalo sauce or ranch dressing.

Notes

Cut chicken into even pieces for uniform cooking. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
