- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Buffalo sauce for dipping
- Ranch dressing for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece in the beaten eggs, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with buffalo sauce or ranch dressing.
Notes
Cut chicken into even pieces for uniform cooking. Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
