Instructions
- Cut the chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chicken pieces. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add diced onions and sliced jalapeños to the pan and sauté until softened.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and honey to create a sweet and salty sauce.

Notes
