- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Soften the cream cheese at room temperature.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Frank’s RedHot sauce, and dressing. Stir until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar and mozzarella.
- Spread the mixture into a small baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheddar and mozzarella.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Let it cool a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with tortilla chips or vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days.
