Description

A delicious and simple dish combining honey and mustard for a perfect sweet and tangy flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over the top.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
