- 1/4 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Mustard
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard mixture over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve with a side salad or roasted veggies.
