- 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
- 2 cups mixed greens or lettuce
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Homemade Honey Mustard Sauce: In a medium bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, and honey. Add mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder, whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Set Up Your Breading Station: Use three shallow dishes; place flour seasoned with salt and pepper in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and combine panko breadcrumbs with garlic powder and paprika in the third.
- Prepare the Chicken: Pat chicken dry. Dredge each strip in flour, dip in eggs, and coat in breadcrumbs.
- Cook the Crispy Chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add breaded chicken strips, cook 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Prepare the Vegetables: Wash mixed greens, slice tomato and red onion, julienne cucumber.
- Warm the Tortillas: Briefly warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave for 10-15 seconds.

- Roll the Wraps: Fold the bottom edge up over filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Cut diagonally before serving.
