Description

A quick and delicious dish featuring sweet honey, rich butter, and tender chicken, perfect for busy weeknights or family gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Pour in the honey and stir to coat the chicken evenly. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  4. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve over rice or with your favorite side dish. Cut the chicken into evenly-sized pieces for thorough cooking.
