- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- Olive oil for frying
- Spaghetti or zucchini noodles for serving
- Caesar salad for serving
- Cheesy pull-apart bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Dip each chicken breast in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
