- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, flaxseed meal, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken pieces in the flour mixture until fully covered.
- Place the coated chicken nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and spray lightly with olive oil.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the nuggets are golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For best crispness, reheat in the air fryer. Can be served with various dipping sauces and side salads.
