Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, ketchup, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
