- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, ketchup, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider mixing in some grated cheese or herbs.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
