Description
Delicious and healthy Greek Chicken Tenders marinated in olive oil, lemon, and herbs, then grilled or baked to perfection.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, making sure they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).
- Preheat the grill to medium-high or the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Grill or bake the chicken tenders for 6-7 minutes per side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are golden brown.
- Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with your favorite dipping sauces or fresh veggies.
Notes
Make sure to marinate the chicken for maximum flavor. You can adjust the spices to your taste or add fresh herbs for extra flavor.
