A fresh and healthy Greek Chicken Bowl featuring grilled chicken, quinoa, vegetables, and a homemade tzatziki sauce.

- 2 cups cooked quinoa or brown rice
- 1 lb chicken breast, grilled and sliced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups mixed greens
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for drizzling
- Homemade tzatziki sauce
Instructions
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, and dill in a bowl. Season with salt.
- In a large bowl, layer the cooked quinoa or brown rice at the bottom.
- Top with grilled chicken, diced cucumber, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
- Add mixed greens on top and drizzle olive oil.
- Serve with homemade tzatziki sauce on the side. Enjoy!
