- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff it with the cheese mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
