Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Carefully cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff it with the cheese mixture.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear the chicken breasts on both sides until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes
