- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, parsley, and paprika.
- Toss the chicken drumsticks in the mixture until they are well coated.
- Place the drumsticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and crispy, turning halfway through.
- Serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
For extra crispiness, you can broil the drumsticks for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking. Marinating the chicken in the olive oil mixture for a couple of hours or overnight will enhance the flavor even more.
