- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 5–6 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add chicken to the skillet and cook each side for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
- Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the chicken before serving. Optionally garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
Pound chicken to even thickness for even cooking. Don’t burn the garlic; cook only until fragrant. Let the chicken rest for better juiciness.
