Description

A quick and easy Garlic Butter Chicken recipe with a rich garlic sauce, perfect for a simple weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 56 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add chicken to the skillet and cook each side for 5-7 minutes until fully cooked (165°F internal temperature).
  5. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the chicken before serving. Optionally garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes
