Description

An easy, warm meal combining garlic, butter, chicken, and crisp potatoes, all cooked in one pan for maximum flavor.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 medium potatoes, diced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add diced potatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes until golden and tender, stirring occasionally.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to combine with potatoes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with a green salad or steamed vegetables. Store leftover in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
