- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika, then add to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add diced potatoes and cook for about 10-15 minutes until golden and tender, stirring occasionally.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to combine with potatoes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with a green salad or steamed vegetables. Store leftover in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
