- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta (like fettuccine or penne)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden and cooked through.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Gradually add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve the chicken bites on top of the creamy pasta, garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Use fresh grated Parmesan for best melt and flavor. Reserve some pasta water to thin the sauce if it becomes too thick.
