Description

A warm, cheesy dip with a spicy Buffalo kick that is quick to make and loves a crowd.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Veggies, chips, or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, Frank’s RedHot sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and the chopped green onions if using.
  4. Spread the mix in a baking dish in an even layer.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm with veggies, chips, or crackers.

Notes

You can make it ahead and bake when guests arrive. For variation, consider adding bacon bits or changing the cheese.
