- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Frank’s RedHot sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and hot sauce until smooth.
- Stir in cheddar and mozzarella cheese, reserving some cheddar for topping.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish and top with reserved cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly. Garnish with green onions if desired.
Notes
Use pre-cooked rotisserie chicken to save time. Adjust hot sauce for desired spice level. This dip can also be made in a slow cooker.
