- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake meatballs for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- In a small saucepan, combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and sriracha. Heat over medium heat until hot.
- Serve the meatballs drizzled with the firecracker sauce.
Notes
Use cold hands when shaping meatballs to prevent stickiness. For less heat, reduce sriracha or red pepper flakes.
