Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas
  • Optional toppings (sour cream, guacamole, salsa, cheese)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the chicken strips with fajita seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion; sauté for another 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.

Notes
