- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing the crust)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until the chicken is well-coated.
- Roll out your pizza crust on a floured surface, then place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the crust with olive oil to add flavor and a golden color.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
- Add crumbled blue cheese or dollops of ranch dressing, if using.
- Bake in the oven for the time recommended on the crust package, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Top with sliced green onions, if desired, and slice into pieces.
