Description

A delicious pizza featuring spicy buffalo chicken, creamy blue cheese, and melted mozzarella, perfect for game day and casual gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing the crust)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until the chicken is well-coated.
  3. Roll out your pizza crust on a floured surface, then place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Brush the crust with olive oil to add flavor and a golden color.
  5. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the chicken.
  7. Add crumbled blue cheese or dollops of ranch dressing, if using.
