Description
A fast, cheesy slider bake with layers of chicken, cheese, and marinara on sweet rolls, perfect for weeknight dinners or game day.

- 24 frozen breaded chicken tenders
- 1 package (12 oz) Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1 package (7.5 oz) sliced provolone and mozzarella cheese blend
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- ½ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
Instructions
- Cook the frozen chicken tenders according to package directions.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally (keeping them attached) and place the bottom half in a greased casserole dish.
- Add a layer of cheese over the rolls and bake briefly until melted.
- Spoon marinara sauce evenly over the cheese.
- Place cooked chicken tenders on top. Spoon more marinara sauce over the chicken. Add another layer of cheese.
- Place the top half of the rolls back on.
- Melt butter and stir in garlic powder and crushed red pepper flakes. Brush over the tops of the rolls.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
- Sprinkle with fresh basil before serving. Cut into sliders and enjoy.
Notes
Cool to room temperature before storing. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
