Description

A spicy and savory shredded buffalo chicken dish that’s easy to prepare and perfect for busy days.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing (for serving)
  • Buns, wraps, or salad greens (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the Crockpot.
  2. Pour buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes or on high for 240 minutes.
  4. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks.
  5. Serve on buns, in wraps, or over salad greens, drizzled with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

For a milder dish, reduce the amount of buffalo sauce, or mix in some regular barbecue sauce.
