These oven-baked buffalo wings are crispy, spicy, and easy to make at home, perfect for game day or a party.

- 5.3 lbs Chicken Wings
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 tsp Slap Ya Mama Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Pink Himalayan Salt
- 1 tsp White Granulated Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Baking Powder (Heaping Tbsp)
- 1/2 cup Franks Hot Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 3 Tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Pat dry your chicken wings with a paper towel and cut between the joints to separate the flats and the drumettes, discarding the wing tips.
- Add chicken wings to a large bowl and mix with olive oil and all seasonings to coat.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking rack on a sheet pan and bake for 25 minutes on one side and then 25 minutes on the other.
- Make the buffalo sauce by warming Franks Hot Sauce, butter, and honey until smooth.
- Toss your wings in the buffalo sauce to coat.
- Place wings back on the baking rack and into the turned-off heated oven for 5 minutes to set the sauce.
- Remove and serve hot with celery and carrot sticks, adding ranch or blue cheese for dipping.
Notes
Make sure to pat wings very dry for the best crisp. Use a baking rack for air flow.
